Shipping & Return Policies
Classic Girl Clothing wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Any items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged are welcomed to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS
We cannot accept items for return or exchange that were not purchased directly from us (such as items purchased at thrift stores or garage sales, or from online sellers). Also, for the safety of our employees, we cannot accept items that have been soiled or contaminated until they have been cleaned. You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, shipping invoice, or website purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Be sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase, and send the returns to PO Box 16176 San Francisco, CA 94116.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect upon arrival?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement!
What if I wear or use the product and am unsatisfied with the quality?
Classic Girl Clothing strives to create long-lasting products that you can rely on. If you feel that the product isn’t living up to your expectations, please email us with an explanation of what’s going wrong, how long you’ve had the product, and photos if possible. We’ll discuss store credit or replacement options for you! We want you to be happy!
How do I return a gift?
If you were the recipient of a Classic Girl Clothing gift and you would like to exchange that gift for a different product, please email email@example.com to receive store credit for a future purchase or to set up an exchange of products at an equal value.
